Korean food – the next HOT trend?

It looks like what I’m doing may be the next HOT trend in food.  Check out this article from the Wall Street Journal.  CPK is doing a kalbi beef pizza test and Campbells (as in the soup)’s doing some soup testing with korean flavors.  What would be next?  Kimchi bisque?  Actually – maybe that’s not a bad idea~  Hmmmm – my creative juices are flowing~  Enjoy your Tuesday and cook something extraordinary, and as always, with love:)
