Attending the first annual KBBQ Festival and Cook-off this Sat, 8/8. One of the judge is Jonathan Gold.

Yelp KBBQIt’ll be cool to c Jonathan Gold, a renown food critique & columnist for LA Weekly Eat & Drink be a judge at the inaugural KBBQ festival in where else but K-town, LA.

I’m “researching”…is my excuse to stuff myself (a little self-control is needed here) with Korean BBQ.  My personal challenge will be, how do you take those flavors of korean bbq and make something healthy and guilt-less?  More to come the next couple weeks…on my renditions.

Check it out!  It’ll be a good event, and good exposure to little secret called k-town in LA.

They expected 3000 peeps to show and 7000 did. Korean food is H.O.T! And I’m glad to be part of it. Long lines and bit disorganized but overall, a great event with tasty korean kalbi!

    Will be detoxing now…
